A cybercrime specialist, investigator, and educator with 25 years in both public and private sectors.
Garren has led investigations into cyber-enabled fraud, cryptocurrency laundering, and risk assessment, focusing on practical solutions for today’s investigative challenges. With a background in cyber security and leadership, he applies advanced pedagogical theory to his training, equipping investigators with essential skills in cybercrime investigation and risk mitigation that bridge real-world application with foundational knowledge.
